2. Appointments and Treatment

2.1 Booking

Appointments may be made via phone, email, or through our practice team. You agree to provide accurate contact details and inform us of any changes.

2.2 Attendance

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

2.3 Cancellations

If you can’t attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply in line with our practice policies.

3. Services and Fees

Elm Park Dental Surgery provides a range of dental and aesthetic services including general treatments, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, dental fillings, facial aesthetics and dental implants.

Fees will be communicated before treatment. You are responsible for payment of all charges for services rendered, at the time and in the manner outlined by the practice.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be settled in accordance with agreed payment arrangements. We accept a range of payment methods as advised by the practice.

If you have arranged treatment under one of our monthly dental plans, you agree to pay the monthly plan fees on time as detailed on the Plans page.

5. Finance Facilities

We may offer finance facilities to assist in the spread of treatment costs. Any finance option is subject to independent credit checks and acceptance by the finance provider.

5.1 Regulatory Disclosures

• The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate instalment credit agreements for specific goods, at a fixed cost, with a term of less than 12 months.
• Medenta Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 715523), registered in Scotland (SC276679), with registered address at 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9WJ. Medenta acts as a credit broker and not a lender, and will introduce the practice to V12 Retail Finance Limited.
• V12 Retail Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 679653) and acts as a credit broker. It offers credit products from Secure Trust Bank PLC.
• Secure Trust Bank PLC, trading as V12 Retail Finance, is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by both the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority (FRN: 204550).
• Written quotations are available on request. Credit facilities are subject to status and affordability checks. APR and repayment details are correct at the time of publishing.
• Secure Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to decline any application.
• Telephone calls may be recorded for training and compliance purposes.

All patients are expected to treat staff and other patients respectfully. Unacceptable behaviour may lead to refusal or withdrawal of treatment.
